The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with digital publishers, and/or ad networks, as well as a keen understanding of digital advertising and related technologies. The Publisher Account Manager will be responsible for managing the relationship with a portfolio of digital publishers across multiple platforms. In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to share your ideas & strategies to have a real impact on the future of our growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and develop existing publishers and partner relationships to grow revenue: your success will be our success
Monitor campaign delivery, fill rates, payouts, & all other stats for the publishers assigned to you
Build & deliver publisher reports to publishers & internal teams
Technical aptitude to overcome any technical issues with integration

Qualifications

1-3 years previous work experience, preferably with an Internet or media company, or into another digital media environment
Proactive and result oriented
Proven track record of communicating with publisher clients to increase revenue & profitability
Familiarity with digital technology platforms including video, advertising platform and mobile
Excellent communication (both written and verbal), and negotiation skills

Requirements

Relevant portfolio in the industry is a strong plus
Perfect knowledge of the different ad models: CPA, CPC, CPM etc.
Strong knowledge of similar technology platforms and/or ad networks
A minimum of technical skills i.e. HTML, JavaScript tags, Analytics tools, etc.
Good communicator, negotiator and team player
Able to identify publisher needs quickly and effectively
Fluent English is a must. Other languages will be highly valued
