Hey, I’m David, the founder of Maverick Media. I started this online advertising company over 12 years ago with a dream to shake up the digital marketing world. Before diving into the business world, I was playing gigs in Barcelona, and that creative vibe still fuels my work today.
I’m also a foodie and love cooking up new recipes whenever I get the chance. That same passion for creativity and detail is what I bring to Maverick Media, making sure we always stay ahead of the game.

As an independent consultant, I specialize in helping companies build high-performing media buying teams and develop scalable growth strategies. My work is delivered through BMEDIA LEADS SL, my consulting company based in Spain, operating fully under a B2B model. For the past several years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Maverick Media as a long-term client, where I support their internal media buying department in a strategic capacity. Together, we’ve built a team of 8+ talented buyers and generated 8-figure annual revenue across multiple verticals.
I'm Mariale, and I've been in Maverick for a long time . Currently I'm The Head Of Advertisers. Originally from Venezuela, I moved to Barcelona 9 years ago. I started at Maverick with zero knowledge of affiliate marketing and it turned out good, im still here ;) When I'm not working, you'll find me enjoying the beach, crushing it at CrossFit, and spending quality time with my family.
For the past seven years, I've been rocking it at Maverick as a native media buyer. Hi! I'm Angie, the graphic designer at Maverick Media since 2015. My role involves supporting the team with the creation of prelanders and newsletters (among many other things). During my time at Maverick, I've grown and learned a lot, both professionally and personally. Outside of work, I love going for walks with my dog, connecting with nature, strolling around Barcelona, and enjoying good food. Plus, music is always my companion while I design.
Hey, I’m Octavi, CTO—or as I like to call it, “Chief Troubleshooting Officer.” I've been with Maverick for over a decade, so I'm practically the company's walking archive. When I'm not neck-deep in code, you’ll probably find me scaling actual mountains or lost in a book. I’m known for untangling both complex systems and the occasional office headphone disaster. I manage the IT team, always diving into new challenges and learning whatever tech or concept comes my way. Whether it’s building, breaking, or fixing, my passion for it never gets old—just like me!
